LIWA Heights Lobby is a transformation project designed for one of the well-established properties in JLT, Dubai. Completed within a period of three months, the goal was to refresh the lobby experience while respecting the identity and legacy of the existing property.

The design draws inspiration from the blue tones of the LIWA Heights branding, using them as a key element throughout the space. To create a balance between warmth and sophistication, Scandinavian design principles were combined with carefully selected gold accents, resulting in a lobby that feels bright, welcoming, and refined.

From the furniture selection and material palette to the lighting and decorative details, every element was chosen to create a stronger first impression for residents and visitors. The result is a refreshed arrival experience that feels modern, elegant, and aligned with the character of the property.
