MULU Factory & Office is a thoughtfully designed space created to support every aspect of a modern clothing brand under one roof. Located in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates, the vision was to seamlessly bring together production, creativity, collaboration, and daily operations within a single environment. More than just a workplace, the project is designed to support the complete journey of a growing fashion brand.

The space features dedicated Office Areas, a professional Clothing Photoshoot Studio, a fully equipped Podcast Area, a collaborative Meeting Room, organized Storage Facilities, and comfortable Leisure Spaces. Alongside these, the Manufacturing Area has been carefully planned to ensure smooth workflows and operational efficiency. Each zone has been designed to serve a distinct purpose while contributing to a cohesive and functional experience. By bringing content creation, manufacturing, and business operations together, MULU Factory & Office creates an environment where ideas are developed, products are crafted, and brands are built.
