City Walk Residence is one of the most detailed and thoughtfully crafted homes we have designed. This three-bedroom apartment in Dubai was completely transformed, with every element reimagined to create a space that feels seamless, modern, and deeply personal.Inspired by a Japandi design language, the home was built around just three primary materials – travertine, wood, and linen. A consistent palette was carried throughout the apartment, from the flooring and wall finishes to the bathrooms, creating a calm and cohesive experience. Lime-textured walls add depth and softness, while flowing curved details in the ceilings and architectural elements bring a sense of movement to the space. Each room has its own identity, yet remains connected to the overall vision of the home.

The project is filled with custom-designed features that were carefully developed for both aesthetics and functionality. From the handcrafted semi-circular bar unit and bespoke dining table with an integrated ice bar system, to the custom 3D-printed lighting imported from India, every detail was designed with intention. A sliding TV panel, home automation features, a wooden tunnel element in the smallest bedroom, and a swing integrated into the living space further contribute to the home’s unique character. Through thoughtful space planning, material selection, and custom detailing, the result is a residence that feels effortless, refined, and unlike anything else.
